Tomoyo Daidouji is a 4th grader at Tomoeda Elementary. She is Sakura's best friend (and cousin), and the first to find out that Sakura is collecting the Clow Cards. In the First episode, Sakura catches the Fly card. In the end of that episode she decides to try the card out and flys through the sky with Kero at her side. The next day she gets to school early for her class room duties. Tomoyo comes early because she wants to show Sakura a mysterious video she recorded from the night before. Tomoyo had recorded Sakura's flying!!!! That's how Tomoyo discovered that Sakura had magical powers. Tomoyo lives with her mother in a humongous mansion with maids. Her mother is the president of the Daidouji toy company, and therefore they are very rich. Tomoyo even has bodyguards!!! Tomoyo loves to video tape Sakura. She makes costumes for Sakura to wear when she is out capturing the cards. Tomoyo also videotapes her capturing the cards in her costumes. There's many rumors on whether or not Tomoyo is in "love" with Sakura. Tomoyo's mother appears to have had a VERY close relationship with Sakura's mom, and now Tomoyo has very strong feelings for Sakura. I think that Tomoyo just might "love" Sakura, but that's just my opinion.
